Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Custom rug orders may require additional production time depending on design and size.

Shipping Within Pakistan

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may apply on selected offers or orders.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery usually takes 7–20 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

For Pakistan it will be delivered in 7 working days.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent through email or WhatsApp.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Address

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos and order details.
